Keynote Address: Every year, PAP invites a special guest of notable reputation to deliver an inspirational message that would generate enthusiasm as it sets the tone, outlines key themes, and often highlights the main objectives or ideas of the Convention.

Plenary Sessions: The Plenary Sessions gather all members and provide opportunities to
listen and interact with both international and local distinguished invited speakers on current issues and various topics concerning the practice of psychology.

General Assembly: The GA is where all members of the organization attending the conference
come together to discuss important issues. Reports, updates and accomplishments from the Executive Committee often represent the culmination of deliberations and debates on various topics. GAs are crucial for decision-making and setting the direction of the Association, ensuring that all voices are heard and decisions are made collectively.

Fellowship and Awards Night: The Fellowship and Awards Night is a fun event where participants gather and have the opportunity to network with each other and to celebrate outstanding achievements, contributions, or milestones through good food, drinks, and music. During the event, awards, honors, or fellowships are bestowed upon deserving recipients in acknowledgment of their excellence, innovation, leadership, and service. It serves as a platform to showcase and commend noteworthy accomplishments, inspire others, and foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.

Learning Sessions: Learning sessions are structured educational sessions designed to impart specific knowledge, skills, or insights to participants within a defined time frame. These session often involve interactive activities, discussions, and presentations tailored to the learning objectives and the needs of the audience. They provide opportunities for attendees to deepen their understanding of a topic, acquire new competencies, and engage in collaborative learning experiences.

Group Meetings: The Group Meetings of the Focus Units (Specialty Divisions and Special Interest Groups) and Geographic Chapters are smaller gatherings where individuals come together to learn about each other, get updates of groups’ accomplishments and financial standing, discuss specific issues, exchange information, set the direction and plans for the year, and collaborate on tasks.
